EuroZulu Safaris – Monday 7 July 2014

A tough day out there in the bush today. It was wet and cold with a very unpleasant wind to compound the problem. Not surprisingly there was not much on offer except for a couple of bull elephants scattered around the south of the Park. We did, however, have good bird sightings, including a martial eagle and a secretary bird. General game was also sparse although it did improve slightly as the day progressed. The colours in the Park are beautiful at the moment, especially as the grass turns from green to brown and then yellow…there’s always something to enjoy out there, even when the animals decide to stay indoors !!!
